Wayne Rice

Wayne Rice is the founder and director of Understanding Your Teenager (UYT), an organization that serves parents of teenagers and pre-teens. He is adjunct professor of youth ministry at Bethel Theological Seminary in San Diego and at North American Baptist Seminary in Sioux Falls.

Wayne is the co-founder of Youth Specialties, an organization committed to providing quality resources, training, and encouragement for youth workers in churches and other. Mr. Rice has authored several books that teach the realities of ministering to young adults and how to be effective as youth leaders. He lives with his wife in Lakeside, California.

Dr. Suzan Johnson Cook

Dr. Cook has made her mark as a creative, compassionate, yet electrifying and inspirational orator by being relational and engaging. The New York Times recently described her as “Oprah and Billy Graham all rolled into one”. After a 13-year pastorate at the Mariners’ Temple in lower Manhattan, she became the founder and senior pastor of the Bronx Christian Fellowship. She served on the Domestic Policy Council in the White House, and with HUD Secretary for Faith Initiatives.

A graduate of Boston’s Emerson College, New York’s Columbia University Teacher’s College, Union Theological Seminary and Ohio’s United Theological Seminary, she has used her skills to teach at Harvard and hosts radio and TV shows. She lives in New York City with her husband and two sons.

Tony Campolo

Tony Campolo is an ordained minister, serving American Baptist Churches in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and is now an associate pastor of the Mount Carmel Baptist Church in West Philadelphia. He is a commentator on religious, social, and political matters, guesting on numerous TV programs. He co-hosted a TV series, Hashing It Out, and presently hosts Across The Pond, on the Premier Christian Radio Network in England. He has authored 34 books including The God of Intimacy and Action and Letters to a Young Evangelical.

Dr. Campolo is Professor Emeritus of Sociology at Eastern University in St. Davids, Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of Eastern College and earned a Ph.D. from Temple University. Dr. Campolo and his wife, Peggy, live in the Philadelphia area and have two grown children and four grandchildren.
