All churches/organizations with forms postmarked by
February 14, 2008, will receive their badges through postal
mail PRIOR to the convention. These are required for admittance
to all conference events.
A conference registration packet containing your badges
will be mailed to the attention of the person designated
on the Conference
Registration Form. That person is responsible for distributing
the badges to their church’s registrants.
A $10 replacement fee will be charged for lost
or misplaced badges.

New membership fee is $100.00.
MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL:
Please note all membership renewals for 2008 are due
with convention registration. Members of member churches/organizations
must register together on the same registration form to
receive discounted registration fee. Membership renewal
fee is $100.00.
