Pastor Paul Sartarelli

Pastor Paul Sartarelli is the son of immigrant parents. He grew up in Ohio, although he also lived for several years in Italy.

Pastor Sartarelli did his undergraduate work at Kent State University, receiving a bachelor’s degree in rhetoric and classical languages. He earned his master’s in theology at Dallas Theological Seminary in New Testament Greek and systematic theology. He has also done post-graduate work in rhetoric at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh.

After having served at The Chapel for eight years, Paul became the planting pastor of Riverwood Community Chapel in Kent, OH, where he was senior pastor for 15 years.

Pastor Paul returned to The Chapel in 2006 in the role of associate senior pastor. In 2007, he became co-senior pastor with the plan of becoming the next senior pastor.

For eight years, Paul has been the teaching pastor on the popular Moody Radio “Word on the Street,” which is heard locally on WCRF.

Over the years, Pastor Sartarelli has led and spoken at conferences for pastors, missionaries, and spiritual leaders on four continents.

Paul is married to Sue, who has an active ministry of her own. They have one daughter, Sara Sartarelli-Hudson, who lives in Cincinnati with her husband, Tony.
