Policies
Registration / Badges
Your name badge is your admission to the conference and must be worn at all times. A replacement badge may be purchased in the OCEA office (just off the Fir Hill lobby) for $10. Registration fees are not refundable. Registration may be transferred (given to another person) but a registration may not be shared (one registration for two people).
First Aid & Emergencies
Aspirin, bandages, etc, are available in the OCEA office for minor emergencies only. Please immediately notify OCEA staff in the event of an injury or major emergency.
Lost and Found
Please turn in any found items at the OCEA office. To inquire about lost articles after the conference, contact the OCEA office at 330-780-9855.
Parking
An OCEA Parking Pass must be displayed on the dashboard of all vehicles at the conference. Conference parking is permitted only in the University of Akron parking deck, The Chapel parking lots, and
City of Akron street parking. A map is available at www.OCEA.org.
Audio Recordings
Audio recordings of the general sessions and most workshops will be available from the Dove Enterprises booth located in the Buchtel Avenue lobby. Order forms are available at the Dove exhibit and the information tables at each entrance.
Coats and Personal Items
Coats may be hung at locations throughout the building. OCEA is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.

Children
Because OCEA is an adult conference, children under twelve (including infants) will not be admitted. This policy will be strictly enforced.
