ADELE for OCERS: Adele's Officially on the Ballot!

Dear OCEA member,

Here’s an update from the front line in the fight for your retirement security: OCERS Trustee and OCEA Board Secretary Adele Tagaloa needed 75 signatures to qualify but received OVER 440 SIGNATURES in support of her candidacy for a second term on the OCERS Board of Retirement!

Earlier this week she turned in her paperwork to the Registrar of Voters, successfully qualifying her to be on the ballot this fall.

The election takes place August 29–October 4. Information on voting will be sent as we get closer to the election.

Adele—a County employee and OCEA member who works at the ROV—was elected as your OCERS Trustee in 2019. She has spent the past 3 years ensuring a strong voice for working families on the 10-member board.

Adele understands the importance of a strong, well-funded pension system that can take care of public workers like you and your families.

Remember, as a County employee Adele knows her retirement security is your retirement security.

PLEASE SUPPORT HER RE-ELECTION AND VOTE ADELE FOR OCERS!
