Labor Management Committee

In 2020 OCEA and the Superior Court will have a standing Labor Management Committee (LMC) meeting. This meeting will be a venue to address and resolve workplace issues with decision makers present. Current topics under consideration include Court Clerk Training issues, Supervisorial workload issues, and other workflow issues. Please indicate which issues you would be willing to provide information on to the Committee.
