A reserve officer with the Buena Park Police Department was killed early Saturday in a three-vehicle crash, authorities said. The accident happened in the early hours on the 91 Freeway in Corona at the 15 interchange.

 

CBS: LA Angels fire Manager Brad Ausmus after team’s worst season in 20 years

Ausmus was let go after leading the Angels to a 72-90 record, the team’s worst since 1999. He was brought on this past season to follow a retiring Mike Scioscia. Prior to his managing Anaheim, he was previously manager of the Detroit Tigers.
