OC Register: Orange County unveils revamped coronavirus data site

Based on input from elected officials, the media and community organizations, Orange County has redesigned its public coronavirus data dashboard, making it easy to see how the county’s case and hospitalization numbers compare to state benchmarks, where cases are by zip code and how nursing facilities are affecting the numbers in each community.

 

Daily Pilot: Newport-Mesa district crafts plan for new school year as O.C. virus cases, hospitalizations surge

Board members on Tuesday approved an instructional model that would include a 100% virtual school option for parents reluctant to send their children back to brick-and-mortar classrooms. Students would be asked to commit to that model for at least one full semester or trimester.
