Apply Today for the D.A. Labor Management Committee

Dear OCEA member,

Your OCEA contract with the County includes rights and benefits that have been negotiated by generations of County workers. Among those rights and benefits is the establishment of Labor Management Committees across the County where OCEA members, OCEA staff, and the County can meet regularly to address issues and make workplace improvement in specific departments and agencies. We are re-starting the Labor Management Committee for District Attorney workers, and we need your help! As a participant in the District Attorney Labor Management Committee you will have the opportunity to represent your co-workers, speak on their behalf, and share your ideas on resolving issues and enhancing your workplace environment.

We are looking for OCEA members to join the LMC from Administrative Services and the Bureau of Investigation. If you want to make a difference for yourself and your co-workers, this is a great chance to get involved. Please send an email with your name, classification, phone number, and program area to OCEA representative Linda Meyer at LMeyer@ocea.org by 5 p.m. Friday, March 15. We look forward to standing shoulder to shoulder with you to create a better workplace in the DA’s office and fight for fairness on the job.

In Solidarity,

OCEA
