BCEA Members: Your 3% Wage Increase Arrives in July

Dear BCEA member,

You'll soon see a 3% increase effective the first full pay period after July 1, 2025. This raise is part of the multi-year agreement your BCEA team negotiated.

This represents the last raise in your current MOU:

• Base salary increases for classifications below median in July 2023
• 3% in July 2024
• 3% in July 2025

Your contract runs through June 2026, with a market study scheduled for April 2026 to inform next year’s negotiations.
