Court Mediator Market Study

Dear OCEA member,

The Court Mediator Market Study process takes another step forward with a meeting on Jan. 6, 2021, at 3 p.m.  to review the information that formed the basis of recommendations made by Human Resources. To do that, we need feedback from subject matter experts like you.

I want to thank those Court Mediators who have participated in the process thus far. It's been a long haul since the market study began in June 2020 but much has been accomplished:

• Court Mediators received PDQ training and completed their PDQ form;
• Supervisors completed their review of the PDQ form;
• Human Resources representatives conducted desk audits, observations;
• Recommendations were made based on PDQ and market reviews.

Market studies require tenacity, preparation, and complex work by you, your colleagues and OCEA staff. That being said, we need to form a group of Mediators committed to serve as subject matter experts through the end of this process.
