FMEF Members: Your 4% Wage Increase Arrives in July

Dear FMEF member,

You'll soon see a 4% increase in your paycheck in the first full pay period after July 1, 2025. This is the third raise in your four-year agreement.

Your negotiated increases include:

• 8% in July 2023
• 4% in July 2024
• 4% in July 2025 (current)
• 3% in July 2026

With your final increase scheduled for next year, your current MOU will deliver a total 19% in base salary growth through June 2027.
