FMEF Tentative Agreement reached with City

Dear FMEF member,

Your FMEF Bargaining Team is pleased to announce that we have reached a tentative agreement for a successor MOU. The road to this contract was not easy. The strength of a union is determined by its members and in Fullerton, FMEF showed up! Thank you to everyone who attended countless City Council meetings and a special thanks to everyone who spoke during public comment. Together we changed the narrative in Fullerton and demonstrated that FMEF would no longer accept status quo. Your hard work deserves recognition and fair compensation. This contract is the first step in setting FMEF up on the right course.

We will be hosting two ratification meetings next week. Please plan on attending to cast your vote.

• Meeting #1 – Community Services Grand Hall, 11:45 a.m-1:15 p.m. Wednesday, March 2, 2022
• Meeting #2 – City Yard Meeting Room, 4-5 p.m. Wednesday, March 2, 2022

Your bargaining team will be on hand to answer questions and go over the deal points.
