IPEA Members: Your 5% Wage Increase Arrives in July

Dear IPEA member,

Effective the pay period including July 1, 2025, you'll receive a 5% increase in your base salary. This includes the 3.5% originally negotiated plus an additional 1.5% your IPEA team secured.

As you may recall, your negotiations team secured additional years of wage increases through a reopener process in January.

Your raises to date under your current MOU:

• 11% in November 2022
• 3.5% in July 2024
• 5% in July 2025 (current)
• Increase of 5% to the salary range for each classification in July 2026
• Increase of 5% to the salary range for each classification in July 2027
• Increase of 5% to the salary range for each classification in July 2028
