Law Library Members: Your 4% Wage Increase Arrives in July

Dear OCEA Law Library member,

You'll receive a 4% increase effective the first pay period of July. This raise reflects your essential role in providing legal resources to Orange County residents.

As you may recall, your two-year agreement included:

• 6% in July 2024
• 4% in June 2025 (current)

As your contract approaches its June 30, 2026 expiration, please stay tuned for updates regarding negotiations.
