LNCEA Members: Your 3% Wage Increase Arrives in July

Dear LNCEA member,

You'll soon see a 3% increase in your paycheck beginning the first pay period of July 2025. This is the third raise in your four-year agreement.

• 3.5% + 2% lump sum in 2023
• 3% in July 2024
• 3% in July 2025
• 3% in July 2026
