LPS Market Study Update

Are you interested in helping with the negotiated market study between OCEA and the Court for the LPS classification? This process is rapidly coming to a close and part of the final steps includes the union meeting with the Court to review their findings and discuss the results. An important part of that evaluation is to have subject matter experts involved in the discussion.

On Friday, January 24 from Noon- 1:30 p.m., there will be a meeting at OCEA with Labor Relations Representatives and LPS participants to review the initial findings. We will go over the process, discuss the initial findings, talk about next steps and establish our LPS Market Study team.
