Dear MNWDEA member,

You'll soon see a 5% increase in your paycheck beginning the first pay period of July 2025. As a reminder, your current OCEA-negotiated MOU has delivered:

• 10% in July 2023
• 8% in July 2024
• 5% in July 2025 (current)
• 5% scheduled for July 2026

These significant increases—totaling 28% over four years—reflect your value to the District. Thank you for the service you provide to your community!
