Negotiations Update: Nov. 9, 2017

OCEA member,

As you know, OCEA and OC Superior Court management have agreed to enter into voluntary mediation in an attempt to negotiate our successor MOU. The mediation has been scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 30.

We want to reassure you that as part of our agreement to proceed to mediation, OCEA and the Court have agreed to extend the terms and conditions of the current MOU and all side letters through and including Dec. 7, 2017.
