Next week! Court negotiations site visits

Dear OCEA Court member,

In our last update on Sept. 19, we reported on our progress in negotiations—tentative agreements in several areas and some movement on wages. We have four more bargaining sessions on the following dates: Oct. 3, 9, 16 and 23.

As these sessions progress, it's more important than ever that you and your co-workers are kept up to date on negotiations.

Site visits are scheduled at each Court location so we can provide you with updates and answer your questions. Please see the flyer below or click here for the schedule.

The first site visit is on Monday, Sept. 30 at the North Justice Center in three half-hour sessions from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. You only need to attend one of them. On Tuesday, Oct. 1, we will be at Central Court followed by LJC on Oct. 2, Harbor Court on Oct. 4, and West Court on Monday, Oct. 7. Lunch will be provided so please RSVP to rsvp@ocea.org.

Further wage enhancements are the remaining priority to be resolved over the next few weeks.

I will be conducting the site visits and I look forward to seeing each of you at the various Court locations.
