OC San Contract Approved: Successor Agreement in Place!

Dear OCEA member,

We’re happy to report that the OCEA MOUs were adopted by the OC San Board of Directors at their meeting July 23, 2025.

Salary increases will be reflected on employees’ paychecks dated Aug. 6, 2025. As previously shared, the economic terms are retroactive to the first full pay period in July and will be included in your Aug. 6 paycheck.

The final versions of the MOU will be shared with all employees soon. In the meantime, you can view the agenda report, resolution, and redlined MOU on OC San’s public website, at this link.
