OC San Tentative Agreement Info & Meeting Reminder

Dear OCEA Member,

After months of negotiations, your OCEA negotiations team is proud to announce that we have reached a tentative agreement with OC San.

As with any negotiation, the process involved compromise and tough conversations. But through it all, your team stayed focused on member priorities. We believe this agreement secures major improvements for employees while protecting the benefits you’ve worked hard to earn.

We’re proud to have reached a deal on time and unanimously recommend a YES vote.

Voting will be open through Monday, June 16 at NOON.
