OCWDEA Members: Your 4.5% Wage Increase Arrives in July

Dear OCWDEA member,

You'll receive a 4.5% increase effective the first pay period of July. This is the final raise in your five-year agreement, capping off steady compensation growth.

As a reminder, your five-year agreement delivered:

• 2% in July 2021
• 2% in July 2022
• 4% in July 2023
• 4.5% in July 2024
• 4.5% in July 2025 (current)

With your final increase, your current MOU totals 17% in base salary growth through June 2026.

As your contract approaches its June 2026 expiration, your OCWDEA Board will begin preparing for the next round of negotiations.
