Program Specific Meetings in CFS begin Feb. 8

Dear CFS Social Worker,

To ensure each CFS program has a space to discuss program-specific issues, your OCEA team will be hosting meetings for Social Workers in each CFS program. Please come prepared with 1) any issues in your program, 2) any SPECIFIC DETAILS about these issues, 3) ideas on how these issues can be resolved, and 4) an ideal caseload “maximum” for case-carrying programs. We will also be looking for at least one person from each program to serve as a contact for that program. The contact person will not be named on issues. However, they should be willing to serve as a resource/subject matter expert regarding your program's issues and someone who would be willing to speak with OCEA Labor Representatives.

Please find your program’s meeting date below and RSVP for the scheduled Zoom meeting by reaching out to Alisha Greene at agreene@ocea.org. If you don’t see your program listed or would like to attend more than one program meeting, please let us know.
