SCCEA Members: Your 3% Wage Increase Arrives in July

Dear SCCEA member,

You'll see a 3% increase in your paycheck in the first full pay period in July 2025. This raise continues the steady compensation improvements your SCCEA team negotiated. Your four-year agreement includes:

• 3% in July 2025 (current)
• 3% in July 2026
• 2.5% in July 2027
