SEA Members: Your 3% Wage Increase Arrives in July

Dear SEA member,

You'll soon see a 3% increase in your paycheck in the first full pay period in July 2025. This raise continues the steady compensation improvements your SEA team negotiated.

Your three-year agreement includes:

• 3% in July 2025 (current)
• Min: 1%, Max: 4% in July 2026
• Min: 1%, Max: 5% in July 2027
• For July 2026 and July 2027: Based on the CPI-U for Los Angeles-Long Beach-Anaheim.

Together, we're ensuring fair compensation for all SEA employees through June 2028.
