SMWDEA Members: Your 4% Wage Increase Arrives in July

Dear SMWDEA member,

You'll receive a 4% increase effective July 1, 2025. This strong raise continues the excellent compensation package your negotiations team secured.

Your four-year agreement includes:

• 5% + 1% lump sum in July 2024
• 4% in July 2025 (current)
• 3% in July 2026 (with CPI reopener option)
• 3% in July 2027 (with CPI reopener option)
