YLWDEA Members: Your 5% Wage Increase Arrives in July

Dear YLWDEA member,

You recently received a 5% increase effective the first pay period of July as negotiated by OCEA in your current MOU.

This is the first year of your current MOU, which will deliver:

• 5% effective July 1, 2025
• 5% effective July 1, 2026
• 4.5% effective July 1, 2027
