Your Voice is Needed: TAKE THE SSA APS SURVEY TODAY!
Dear OCEA member,
We've heard from your colleagues about workplace challenges at APS. During recent LMC discussions, your APS member-representatives expressed interest in having an opportunity for OCEA members to share concerns about workplace culture, supervision, and other issues within the division.
We're launching the SSA APS Employee Survey to give every APS worker a safe space to be heard. This survey is anonymous, and your responses will help us understand whether these concerns are widespread and identify the most pressing issues that need attention.
The survey covers:
- Workload and Staffing Levels
- Workplace Culture and Supervision
- Communication and Support Systems
- Other Challenges You're Currently Facing in the Workplace
This survey was developed with input from your LMC representatives and covers issues raised by your colleagues. Whether you're experiencing challenges or want to share what's working well, we want to hear from you.
THIS SURVEY IS COMPLETELY CONFIDENTIAL. While you can optionally provide your name, it's not required. Only your OCEA representatives will see the responses, and we'll use this information solely to advocate for improvements at APS.
Your participation matters. The more responses we receive, the clearer picture we'll have of what needs to change. This isn't just about documenting problems—it's about building solutions together.
