Last week OCEA members at the Orange County Fire Authority stood together with their brothers and sisters from the International Association of Fire Fighters Local 3631 to demand fair treatment from the board that oversees OCFA’s public safety and professional staff.

As you know, the OCFA Board has not provided OCEA members with a fair contract. The OC Fire Authority Board of Directors has proposed less than 1% per year in base wages, as well as other anti-worker proposals!
