As you know, the OCWDEA Board has been negotiating a successor MOU with District representatives. We have reached a point in negotiations where your Association Board wants to solicit your input. Part of the District’s proposal is a $75 per member per pay period ($1,950 per year) deferred compensation match—but that match is contingent on our agreement to a 5-year term with fixed annual wage increases.
