After several months of negotiations, the City of Placentia has taken the position of issuing a Last, Best, and Final Offer (LBFO) to PCEA members. This is a pivotal moment in our fight for your successor MOU. Please join us during the hours of 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 27, at Placentia City Council Chambers for a membership meeting where we will vote to determine our next steps.
