Wage Enhancement for OCEA members
January 7, 2019
You will receive an additional 1% wage increase effective Jan. 4. This 1% increase will be reflected on your Jan. 25 paycheck.

We recently received a decision from the Public Employment Relations Board (PERB) that confirms what we have always known - the County’s unilateral adoption of its COIN ordinance violated the Meyers-Milias-Brown Act governing labor relations in California.
