June 28, 2021

OCEA members and labor relations representatives met with Court management Friday, June 25, to discuss Presiding Judge Erick Larsh’s “Administrative Order 20/16 Required Safety Measures and Face Coverings in Court.” We strongly urged the Court to balance what it has the power to do under the recently adopted Cal/OSHA update, with what it should do in the best interests of OCEA members.
