County Wage Increase and Small Dues Increase Friday

Today we celebrate that OCEA members were able to negotiate a new contract BEFORE the expiration of the current one, and that the negotiated increases are higher than LA County, and the highest wage increases in a contract this year for County workers across all Southern California counties.
Superior Court Paralegal Class & Comp Update

Paralegals in the Superior Court requested a Classification & Compensation Study last August. The study was completed in June and based on the study results the Court has proposed several changes.
