I wanted to thank everyone on the great turnout we have had for our first round of Court site visits. We had over 216 members attend! LJC and CJC each had over 70 attendees!

Last week OCEA and the Court began negotiations for a new Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). During our meeting, each side made a financial presentation, but we did not exchange proposals.
